Refitting & Outfitting Technician

Location: Follonica (GR)
Contract type: Full-time – Fixed-term with possibility of permanent employment
Work mode: On-site

Kyma, a company specialized in design and production for the recreational boating sector, is looking for a Refitting & Outfitting Technician to join the Service team.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, handling the execution and completion of technical interventions on yachts and superyachts, in compliance with the highest quality standards and agreed timelines.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform assigned tasks related to carpentry, mechanics, painting, and/or technical outfitting

  • Monitor and manage the progress of assigned projects

  • Collaborate actively with the Project Manager to ensure quality, timing, and cost control

  • Ensure flawless finish and functionality of completed work

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in the nautical sector

  • Excellent manual skills and attention to detail

  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently

  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally

  • Flexible working hours, especially during peak seasons
