Behind the name Kyma is a team of more than 30 people, all sharing a passion for the nautical world and design. A team with diverse skills, working in harmony to ensure that projects are carried out to perfection, according to the needs of shipyards and shipowners.
This is Kyma.
Part of the Kyma team since 2002, he has had an important career path that led him to fill the role of Head of the Structures Department.
Immediately after graduating with a Master’s Degree in Nautical Engineering in 2013, he became part of the Kyma team where, thanks to his skill and experience, arrives to lead the FEM Analysis Department. He’s been with us since 01/06/14.
After graduating with a Master’s degree in Marine Engineering and a brief work experience, he joined the Kyma team. He has been with us since 20/10/14.
He received his Master’s Degree in Nautical Engineering in 2014 and, after a few years of shipyard work, he joined the Kyma team in 09/09/16.
A student of Nautical Engineering, he joined our team thanks to his professional skills and has been with us since 04/11/19.
As soon as she received her Master’s Degree in Marine Engineering, she joined the Kyma team. She has been with us since 03/05/21.
Immediately after receiving his Master’s Degree in Yacht Design he joined the Kyma team. He has been with us since 04/07/2022.
A nautical engineer with decades of experience in designing racing boats. He has been with us since 16/10/12.
Yacht & Naval Design graduate with previous experience in a shipyard, he has been with us since 16/10/12.
Obtained his Master’s Degree in Nautical Engineering in 2013, after various professional experiences he joined the Kyma team. He has been with us since 01/09/16.
Graduate in Architecture, after various work experiences, he decided to pursue himself to naval design. He has been with us since 01/06/20.
After obtained his Industrial Technician Diploma in 2020, he achieved a professional AutoCAD 3D designer license. He has been with us since 12/10/21.
After the Bachelor’s Degree in Design she immediately joined Kyma thanks to her professional skills and obtained the Master’s Degree in Yacht Design already being part of our team. She’s been with us since 15/11/21.
After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering in 2021 he immediately joined our team. He has been with us since 16/11/21.
Civil Engineering student with experience in CAD design, she has been with us since 11/04/22.
Obtained his Industrial Technician Diploma in 2020, after various work experiences, he joined our team. He has been with us since 21/06/22.
Obtained his Industrial Technician Diploma in 2021, passionate about CAD design and modeling, he joined our team on 04/07/22.
After obtaining the Diploma of Surveyor, over the years he obtained the certification of CAD, GIS and 3D BIM Drawing. With twenty years of experience in the civil and cartographic sector, he arrives in Kyma on 15/05/2023.
After obtained his Computer Technician Diploma in 1997, he worked for years as a nautical designer for various shipyards until he arrived in Kyma. Here, for nine years, held the role of Senior plant designer, then becoming Team leader of Plant Department with Elio Di Magno and Marco Guasti. He’s been with us since 02/03/15.
He obtained a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications in 2007. With decades of experience in plant design, in Kyma has been Senior plant designer for seven years, then becoming Team leader of Plant Department with Carmine Balzano and Marco Guasti. He’s been with us since 01/04/17.
He graduated in Naval Engineering in 2021 already being part of our team. After three years as Senior plant designer in Kyma, he become Team leader of Plant Department with Carmine Balzano and Elio Di Magno. He has been with us since 22/03/21.
Became a qualified CAD Operator in 2008 and, after working as a designer for some years, he joined the Kyma team. He has been with us since 02/05/18.
After obtained his Industrial Technician Diploma in 2016, he achieved a professional AutoCAD 3D designer license. He has been with us since 19/04/21.
After obtaining his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in 2014, and obtained the certification of CAD designer in the same year, he has various work experiences in the field of naval piping until arriving in Kyma on 16/01/2023.
Obtained his Industrial Technician Diploma in 2015, he joined our team thanks to his interest in CAD software. He has been with us since 13/06/2013.
After obtaining his Diploma in Electronic and Electrotechnical Engineering in 2015 and various work experiences in the electronics sector, he arrives in Kyma on 22/02/2023.
After graduating with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2019, he has various work experiences in the field of 3D engineering for the marine and aeronautical sectors. He arrives in Kyma on 03/07/2023.
After graduating from the Master’s Degree in Yacht Design in 2023, he immediately joined the Kyma team. He has been with us since 06/11/2023.
Obtained his Industrial Chemist Diploma in 2023, and always passionate about design and CAD modeling, he joined the Kyma team on 08/01/2024.
After the Bachelor’s Degree in Design, a Master in Design for Kids&Toys, and a working background in 3D modeling and design, she arrives in Kyma on 05/02/2024.
After the Master’s Degree in Nautical Engineering, he had an important professional path that has led him to fill the role of Head of the Outfitting Department. He began his adventure with us on 09/06/2017.
After obtaining the Diploma of Naval Technician in 2012 and a post-diploma course of Naval Technician, he worked as a naval designer for nine years, until arriving in Kyma on 09/01/2023.
After graduating with a Master’s Degree in Nautical Engineering in 2012 and joining our team, he specialized in the plant sector where, for eleven years, held the position of Head of Plant Department. Since 3 June 2024 he directs the new Naval Architecture Department. He has been with us since 02/05/13.
Thanks to his economic legal background, he has been with us since 02/07/15.
